> Being In Form – 1-Day Workshop with Ted Troost / Hans Veldhuis

advance registration open for 2010

SENSE WHO YOU WANT TO BE, HOW YOU CAN STAY IN FORM AND WHAT YOU CAN MEAN FOR OTHERS!

The essence of excellence. What do Marco van Basten, Richard Krajicek and Yvonne van Gennip have in common? All three reached the top within their discipline. And all three were guided in their excellence by Ted Troost. Ted has been active in business for years now and works together with Hans Veldhuis in European change programs in which man is the critical success factor. In order to reach their form, managers and professionals learn to breach their limiting rationality and once again trust their senses. To sense is to think with our physical intelligence. That is not only taught by Ted's haptonomy, but also by the philosophy from which Hans coaches people in selfleadership. In order to enable individual people to participate in this exclusive program, Liberaxion organizes this 1-day workshop in 2010: Being In Form.

Miraculous prolongation. In our information age we are in continuous interaction with others: customers, partners, colleagues ... We like to keep our minds sharp but often forget our bodies. Wrongfully. As human beings we do not only have a body, but we are a body. Our actions can be based on but do not have to be limited to calculative thinking. Modern philosophers like Spinoza and Merleau-Ponty, like present day neuro scientists have shown that sensing is also a form of cognition. Our senses show us essential matters and let us discover a different human logic. Through our senses we can create the space for change and connect ourselves with others. Merleau-Ponty calls that citical human trait 'the miraculous prolongation of the body'.

Unlearn and rediscover. In order to be able and willing to trust our senses, we must unlearn and rediscover. Unlearn our intellectual illusions that prohibit an authentic experience of reality. Rediscover by means of again learning to listen to the wonder of all wonders, the source of our knowledge and our actions: our bodies. In the workshop 'Being In Form' Ted and Hans will let you reacquaint with yourself so you can truly meet the other. That will give you better results professionally and cost you less effort personally. If you are interested in participation, feel free to contact us. The workshops are held in the World Trade Center Rotterdam. The costs of participation upon advance registration are € 1.175 (excl. VAT). We carefully put together the groups based on a telephonic intake and plan the workshops as 'invitational program' in mutual agreement.
